Membership and participation in ZDNBI work is open to all Zimbabweans in the diaspora. To get involved, please complete the membership form and submit it with your payment and your e-membership card will be sent to you.
About Membership
- a) Membership in ZDNBI is open to individuals or groups of Zimbabwean descent and other Zimbabweans that share the mission, vision and objectives of ZDNBI
- b) Membership will comprise duly enrolled regular members.
Definition of Membership
a) Regular Membership:
- Regular membership is limited to individuals of Zimbabwean descent and the non-Zimbabwean spouses and dependents of Zimbabwean immigrants.
- Regular Members may vote, participate in all general membership activities and join committees.
- Regular Members may hold any position on the Board including the Executive Committee.
Membership Obligations
- a) Every Member is expected to pay annual dues and levies to remain in good standing.
- b) Members should actively participate in ZDNBI events.
Dues
- a) Membership dues will be set by the Board and are approved by the association at an annual general meeting of ZDNBI.
- b) All Regular members must complete a membership application form and pay the prescribed membership fee of US$20 per year.
- c) In special cases membership dues for a Regular member may be waived by the Board of Directors. An application for fee waiver must be made to the Board for consideration.
